Job description

We are recruiting home care assistants to cover afternoon and evening rotas in Donemana. No training or qualifications are required as NWCare provides full bespoke training in their in-house training academy. The afternoon rotas begin at 14:30 - 18:30 and evening rotas begin at 19:00 and finish at 23:00. For mums with no childcare or for students who are at college/university during the day, the evening rotas offer a flexible option to earn extra money. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
  • Great communication skills
  • Able to promote and deliver person centered care
  • Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
  • Be well organised/professional/caring

Desirable Skills

  • QCF level 3 in H & SC
  • Previous paid caring experience
  • Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
  • Care about the community they live in

Further Information

We work a 4/3 rota pattern - Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
