We are seeking a Catering Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the preparation and service of food and beverages, maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensure high standards of hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Serve meals.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support the catering team with stock rotation.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic food hygiene knowledge (training can be provided).

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role is desirable.
