Trainee Client Advisor

ImpactReady - Online software and consulting services that simplify the evaluation process and make impact measurement easier. AccountsReady - Sector specific accounting service for the Third sector and not for profit organisations. S3Consulting - Feasibility study, strategic planning, business case and master planning services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the management of portfolio of clients on a monthly retained basis and/or a portfolio of client projects.
  • Attend clients planning meetings with line manager to identify needs/priorities and putting in place a client work plan focused on key priorities and actions.
  • Assist with high levels of engagement and communication with clients, this includes face to face meetings, emails and telephone calls.
  • Assist with the provision of a high-quality customer experience for all clients.
  • Reporting directly to your line manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Providing regular update reports on work completed for client portfolios.
  • Administration tasks based upon the needs of clients.
  • Support client advisor, consultants etc with consultation, desk research and report writing were applicable.
  • To work as part of a team to assist with deadlines and large workloads.
  • Manage time efficiently and effectively, particularly with regard to work based deadlines.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities at all times in compliance with S3 Solutions policies.
  • Undertake duties as can be reasonably expected to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of S3 Solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Recognised Degree-Any subject.
  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • A self-motivating approach to work, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to keep accurate records and accounts using both manual and computerised systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Report writing skills.
  • Ability to work flexible working hours when required.
  • Driving license with access to a car for traveling.

Desirable Skills

  • One years’ experience within a relevant fundraising, business management, sports development or community development environment- either in a work or voluntary capacity.
  • Experience preparing and submitting funding applications.
  • Experience working with 3rd sector organisations including sports clubs, charities and social enterprises.
  • Understanding and experience of strategic planning and facility development.
  • Ability to work under pressure or to short deadlines.
