THE EMPLOER IS: I AM BEAUTY LTD This is a varied and exciting role for someone who loves the beauty industry and wants to be involved in every aspect of a fast-moving cosmetics brand. You'll support the team across marketing, social media, administration, order fulfilment, and product development (NPD). The right candidate will be organised, creative, and eager to get involved wherever needed - from creating TikTok content to helping pack orders or assist with new product launches. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and email.
• Create and schedule social media content, including videos, stories and product posts.
• Create and schedule marketing emails and flyers.
• Support influencer collaborations, gifting and campaign coordination.
• Track performance metrics and help optimise content based on engagement and sales data.
• Support photo and video shoots and product launches.
• Provide administrative support, including helping with bookkeeping and invoices vie Xero.
• Maintain organised records of stock, orders and suppliers.
• Assist in processing and packing customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Help streamline day-to-day processes to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using social media platforms especially TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficient with standard office tools (Google Drive, Excel, Canva etc).
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working in a small, collaborative team.
• Creative mindset with initiative to suggest and develop new ideas.

Desirable Skills

• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, admin, or retail within the beauty or lifestyle sector (preferred but not essential).
• Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience creating short-form video content for social media is desirable.
• You have a genuine passion for beauty and cosmetics.
