Job description

Support Workers required at Lakeland Supported Living Service, Enniskillen. Salary: Support Workers up to £25,027 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 28th November 2025 11am.

Responsibilities

• Providing Person Centred Support
• Supporting People to Develop and Maintain Key Skills in relation to Housing Support
• Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills
• Supporting people to be safe and healthy

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a car in order to transport people we support.
• Basic digital skills e.g. to record notes and use rota, HR or care systems.
