With over a decade of experience and a reputation for top-class support and innovation, we’re expanding our sales and support team to meet growing demand across Ireland and the UK. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outbound Appointment Booker to join our sales team. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, and booking qualified appointments for our business development team. You’ll play a key role in introducing business owners to SmartEPOS NI’s award-winning EPOS and payment solutions - helping them modernise their systems at no upfront cost and with local expert support.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business customers across hospitality and retail sectors.
  • Engage decision-makers and generate interest in SmartEPOS NI’s EPOS and payment solutions.
  • Book qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
  • Manage and update CRM records accurately.
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns and online forms.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Confident communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (training provided).
  • Interest in technology, payments, or hospitality solutions is an advantage.

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment booking preferred.
