NWCare does not provide sponsorship We are recruiting home care assistants for a home care package in the Waterside . Day rotas available (to include alternate weekends) and an overnight rota from 10.00 - 07:00. Full training for this role will be provided by NWCare in their in-house training academy, but the successful applicant will need to have at least six months previous paid caring experience. Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• A minimum of six months paid caring experience
• Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
• Great communication skills
• Able to promote and deliver person centered care
• Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
• Be well organised/professional/caring

Desirable Skills

• QCF level 3 in H & SC
• Interested in working in the community within Health and Social Care
• Care about the community they live in
