The Co-ordinator will provide effective operational leadership to all areas of the organisation’s work including programmes, finances, people and premises, while supporting the board in their role of providing effective strategic leadership and good governance.
Responsibilities
- Support the board of Arts for All to lead the development of the organisation at a strategic level.
- Develop and implement an annual artistic programme to meet the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Manage all aspects of organisational finance, including securing sufficient funding to support the delivery of the annual artistic programme.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- You have a minimum of 3 years' paid experience in designing, organising and delivering artistic, cultural or creative programmes in a community setting.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ paid experience working with community groups and volunteers.
- You have a minimum of 3 years' paid experience in a financial/administrative environment to include financial management and budgetary planning of projects .
- You have a proven track record of securing funding for community projects from a range of funders e.g., Lottery, Government Departments, Councils, Private Trusts.
