As Receptionist / Administrator, you will be based front of house and welcome colleagues and clients to the business.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
  • Word processing correspondence.
  • Data entry.
  • Postal duties.
  • Manual / electronic filing.
  • Email management.
  • General administration duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  • Confident communicating via verbal and written forms.
