As Receptionist / Administrator, you will be based front of house and welcome colleagues and clients to the business.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for telephone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Word processing correspondence.
- Data entry.
- Postal duties.
- Manual / electronic filing.
- Email management.
- General administration duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Confident communicating via verbal and written forms.
