Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: GADD GROUP HEALTH & WELLNESS The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually consistent and engaging content that reflects the Gadd Health & Wellness brand. This includes marketing materials, social media graphics, event visuals, internal documents and promotional assets for both Gadd Health & Wellness and Flotation Therapy NI. You'll collaborate closely with the Director to maintain brand integrity, support campaigns, and help communicate our message of holistic wellbeing through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design creative assets for digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Email.
  • Create print materials such as flyers, posters, event signage and client handouts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Gadd Health & Wellness' tone and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns and program launches with the Director.
  • Update existing templates for social media and internal documents using either Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design visual assets for workshops, events, and new wellness services such as floatation therapy and recovery experiences.
  • Manage and organise visual asset libraries.
  • Assist in developing new design concepts and evolving the brand identity as the business grows.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Strong design skills with an eye for layout, typography and colour harmony that conveys calmness and sophistication.
  • Proficiency in design tools with previous experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
  • Brand consistency with an ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines accurately.
  • Creative storytelling with the ability to understand how design can communicate emotion and brand ethos.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
