Retail Assistant - Ballymena - Permanent A fantastic opportunity for a Retail Assistant to join a busy and customer-focused team in Ballymena. This full-time role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys working with customers and can bring strong attention to detail. About this role: Competitive salary Monday to Saturday 9am - 5pm Immediate start Permanent role

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
• Support day-to-day retail operations
• Assist with stock, merchandising, and general store duties
• Work confidently both independently and as part of a team

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Previous retail experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability to work 5 out of 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable
