THE EMPLOYER IS: ABBOTSWOOD SPORTS MANAGEMENT LTD The Office Administrator for a golf-focused sports agency is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office while supporting agents, players, and management with a wide range of administrative tasks. This includes managing correspondence, scheduling, maintaining organised digital and physical records, and preparing reports and documents. The role supports player and agent logistics by coordinating travel, tournament schedules, and event arrangements, as well as assisting with sponsorship administration by tracking contracts, activation deadlines, and partner communications. The administrator also helps with invoicing, expenses, basic financial record-keeping, and compliance documentation. As a key point of contact for players, partners, and suppliers, the Office Administrator must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment, with an interest in golf being a valuable advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including calls, emails, scheduling, and reception.
  • Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems, contracts, and player records.
  • Support agents with diary management, travel bookings, and tournament logistics.
  • Prepare player schedules, itineraries, and essential documentation.
  • Assist with event coordination for sponsorship days, media appearances, and golf-related activities.
  • Liaise with tournament organisers, sponsors, hotels, and travel providers to ensure smooth arrangements.
  • Manage sponsorship administration, including tracking contracts and activation deliverables.
  • Assist with invoicing, expenses, and basic financial record-keeping.
  • Support contract management, renewals, and compliance documentation.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for players, partners, suppliers, and media.
