THE EMPLOYER IS: VIVO ESSENTIALS EDEN As a Customer Advisor, you will be expected to provide good customer service throughout your day, whether you're working on the tills, the shop floor and in our cafe/ice-cream shop. You will be required to ensure good health and safety within the store for both your colleagues and the customers. Some task will include stocking shelves, date checks, cleaning tasks, newspaper and magazine returns and preparing hot and cold food. This role may involve some lone working.

Responsibilities

• Completing sales on tills.
• Packing, stocking and performing stock rotation on shelves.
• Cleaning tasks including mopping and brushing the floor.
• Price checking.
• Processing parcels, PayPoint transactions and lottery.
• Serving ice-cream, and preparing hot and cold food.
• Preparing Carrick Eats orders.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Good Maths and English.
• Money handling skills including cash.
• Fully flexible, shifts will be between 7am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday.

Desirable Skills

• Previous retail experience.
