Wellness Hub Assistant


Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: SOLARA WELLNESS HUB We are looking for a customer-focused team member to join Solara Wellness Hub. The ideal candidate is professional and takes pride in creating a relaxing, luxury environment for our guests. This role involves greeting and chatting with clients, ensuring each suite is cleaned to a high standard and supporting smooth day-to-day operations in our private sauna and cold plunge suites. If you have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for wellness, we'd love to hear from you. Experience or interest in Social Media such as creating reels and sharing content is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all guests.
  • Provide clear information about sessions.
  • Clean and reset each private suite after every session.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards throughout the facility.
  • Restock towels, water and amenities.
  • Be willing to learn proper cleaning and suite preparation through hands-on training.
  • Manage bookings, check-ins and their associated procedures.
  • Assisting with social media content is a bonus, but not essential.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the role.
  • Strong maths and English skills with the ability to handle calculations, payments, booking and administration tasks.
  • Ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience or interest in Social Media including creating reels and sharing content.
  • Ability to assist with light administration tasks such as booking management and check-ins.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or wellness.
  • Good punctuality with a strong work ethic and reliability.

The Employer is: SOLARA WELLNESS HUB JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
