Support clients from their first inquiry to the completion of their mortgage or protection application, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Prepare and submit mortgage and insurance applications, liaise with providers, and keep clients updated every step of the way. Maintain accurate client records, manage back-office systems, and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant. Provide outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations. Assist with suitability reports, illustrations, and paperwork, and pitch in with ad-hoc tasks to help colleagues and managers succeed.
Responsibilities
- Processing of mortgage and insurance applications.
- Liaise with lenders and providers.
- Keeping clients updated throughout the process.
- Maintaining accurate records for compliance.
- Delivering excellent customer service, working as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Confident using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
Desirable Skills
- 2 years’ experience in the financial services industry, ideally with a focus on mortgages and protection.
