Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: SIGNATURE HAIR & CO This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers who have not previously expressed interest in our products or services, while following a provided script to introduce the company, present benefits, handle objections, and qualify prospects. Responsibilities include asking targeted questions to assess needs, budget, and timeline, scheduling appointments or follow-up calls for senior sales consultants, and using effective communication techniques to build rapport and trust.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, managing appointment bookings, and helping maintain stock levels.
  • Making Outbound Calls: Calling prospective customers who have not previously expressed interest in a product or service.
  • Following a Script: Using a provided script as a guide to introduce the company, present benefits, handle common objections, and qualify prospects.
  • Qualifying Leads: Asking targeted questions to assess a prospect's needs, budget, and timeline to determine if they are a good fit for the business.
  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling meetings or follow-up calls for senior sales consultants or agents.
  • Building Rapport: Using effective communication techniques, including tone and pace matching, to build trust and make the conversation feel less transactional.
  • Handling Rejection Gracefully: Maintaining a professional and positive attitude despite frequent rejections, which is an inherent part of the job.
  • Meeting Targets: Working towards individual and team targets for call volumes, lead generation, and appointments set.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills for interacting with potential new customers.
