As a Process Operator, you’ll work in a fast-moving team environment sorting and grading clothing for reuse and recycling. No prior experience is needed - just a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assess the condition of clothing.
- Sorting and grading clothing for reuse and recycling.
- Communicating with colleagues for what goes into what trollies.
- Requesting for a bin empty when your bin is full.
- Working as part of a team to complete tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- No previous experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Wllingness to learn.

Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
