Business Support/Operations Assistant


Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: NEURODIVERSITY SPARK A supervised administrative and operational role supporting the day-to-day running of Spark. Duties include CRM management, documentation control, scheduling support, digital systems management and assisting with project coordination in a structured, well-supervised environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM records (data entry, tagging, updates, de-duplication).
  • Prepare minutes, attendance logs, summaries and structured documentation.
  • Manage digital filing systems and version control.
  • Support scheduling for meetings, training sessions and events.
  • Prepare accessibility-compliant Word/PDF reports.
  • Maintain membership CRM data (attendance logs, groups, tags).
  • Assist with risk assessment paperwork and event admin.
  • Support procurement logs, invoice trails and basic financial admin.
  • Update project tracking boards and operational progress lists.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Basic IT competence (email, Word, Excel or Google equivalents).
  • Ability to follow structured procedures.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Willingness to learn digital systems.

Desirable Skills

  • Willingness to learn digital systems.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 or Google Workspace.
  • Interest in neurodiversity or community projects.
