Business Support/Operations Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: NEURODIVERSITY SPARK A supervised administrative and operational role supporting the day-to-day running of Spark. Duties include CRM management, documentation control, scheduling support, digital systems management and assisting with project coordination in a structured, well-supervised environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM records (data entry, tagging, updates, de-duplication).
- Prepare minutes, attendance logs, summaries and structured documentation.
- Manage digital filing systems and version control.
- Support scheduling for meetings, training sessions and events.
- Prepare accessibility-compliant Word/PDF reports.
- Maintain membership CRM data (attendance logs, groups, tags).
- Assist with risk assessment paperwork and event admin.
- Support procurement logs, invoice trails and basic financial admin.
- Update project tracking boards and operational progress lists.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Basic IT competence (email, Word, Excel or Google equivalents).
- Ability to follow structured procedures.
- Good organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn digital systems.
Desirable Skills
- Willingness to learn digital systems.
- Familiarity with Office 365 or Google Workspace.
- Interest in neurodiversity or community projects.
