Job description
Maintain clinical competence and deliver family centred care to Children & Young people (CYP) in the community with acute and chronic illness, complex health needs and palliative and end of life care needs. Support the Community Children’s Nursing Team Leader to ensure the delivery and development of the Community Children’s Nursing (CCN) Service based on assessed need and in line with strategic direction.
Responsibilities
- Act as Nurse in Charge on shift and deputise for the CCN Team Leader as required.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Registered Nurse (Child) on the live NMC Register.
- 3 years post-registration experience as a Registered Children’s Nurse.
