Job description

The post holder will be a member of a multidisciplinary team delivering community mental health services across the Southern Trust. The post holder will be responsible for delivering a range mental health interventions tailored to meet the needs of the service user. They will be responsible for assessment, care planning and delivery of interventions for a defined caseload using a bio-psycho-social model. The post holder will work within the multi-disciplinary team to ensure that evidence based recovery focused patient centred care is delivered.

Essential Skills

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse on the Live NMC Register.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of supervising staff and/or mentoring student nurses
