Job description
Handling (pork) meat raw food products within a production line environment, cutting, slicing, packing and boxing.
Responsibilities
- Handling (pork) meat raw food products within a production line environment.
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for food safety and health & safety within all areas of work.
- General housekeeping duties.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good communication skills.
- High level of manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work in various temperature zones.
Desirable Skills
- Experience an advantage but full training will be provided.
- Ability to work as part of a team with self motivation and initiative.
