Job description

Handling (pork) meat raw food products within a production line environment, cutting, slicing, packing and boxing.

Responsibilities

  • Handling (pork) meat raw food products within a production line environment.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for food safety and health & safety within all areas of work.
  • General housekeeping duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • High level of manual dexterity.
  • Willingness to work in various temperature zones.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience an advantage but full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with self motivation and initiative.
