Job description

We are recruiting for a Deputy Playgroup Leader.

Responsibilities

• To know, understand and follow the child/adult protection safeguarding policy.
• To take the lead and act as leader in absence of the Leader.
• To guide, observe, stimulate and supervise in a safe and caring environment as part of the childcare team implementing centre policies, procedures and minimum standards.
• To work in close co-operation with Manager and the other team members.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ level 3 in Early Years Care and Education 1 years paid experience in Early Years Setting
• 1 years paid experience in Early Years Setting
