Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant


Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: BEST LETS NI LTD We are hiring a book keeper/admin assistant for our busy estate agency in Larne. Working hours are flexible over 3 or 4 days for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Inputting business supplier invoices on Sage.
  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Preparing for quarterly VAT return.
  • Office record keeping.
  • Recording sub contractors' bills on a separate system.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • General estate agency office support as and when required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Be qualified to A Level or above.
  • Maths/English GCSE.
  • Have experience working in a busy customer faced office/hospitality etc.

Desirable Skills

  • Preferably have a minimum two years experience using Sage or similar.
  • Ideally have an accounting/book keeping qualification.
