THE EMPLOYER IS: GHOSTBOND UK LTD The Marketing & Admin Support Assistant will work within our office and marketing team, helping to create and upload online content, assist with promotional campaigns, and carry out administrative support tasks. The participant will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, product content creation, and general business administration. This includes preparing marketing materials, scheduling social media posts, updating product listings, and maintaining company spreadsheets and records. There is the possibility of full time employment after this placement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting social media content creation and scheduling posts.
  • Assisting with basic marketing tasks such as updating spreadsheets, preparing images, and drafting captions.
  • Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, and updating records.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns, including the '100 Tips & Tricks' project.
  • Learn how to use marketing tools and platforms.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when handling customer and order information.
  • Ability to follow structured sales and customer service procedures.
  • Willingness to learn new software systems (CRM, order management, and payment tools).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using social media for business purposes (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
  • Basic knowledge of photo editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • Understanding of online retail or e-commerce promotion.
