THE EMPLOYER IS: SALUMERIA MARIUCCIA Salumeria Mariuccia is an Italian Delicatessen and we are searching for Team Members to join us in delivering a top level and authentic customer service experience. You will be joining a fast paced, dynamic role, with your main focus on front-facing customer service, preparing food and drinks (including coffee), maintenance of the high levels of cleanliness on the premises and supporting with stock management.

Responsibilities

• Morning setup duties, cleaning and food preparation.
• Greeting customers, taking orders, explaining our menu, helping customers select retail items, resolving issues etc.
• Cash and payments handling (including card payments and gift vouchers).
• Food service and preparation.
• Preparing drinks - tea, soft drinks, coffee and specialty coffees.
• Working in-line with food hygiene policies.
• Maintaining daily hygiene checks - recording, and checking.
• Stock management and rotation.
• Supporting cost management within the business.
• Evening cleanup duties - dishes, floor and surface cleansing etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Be able to provide customer service.
• Food preparation.

The Employer is: SALUMERIA MARIUCCIA JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
