To provide professional, innovative high quality, care and support to people with learning disabilities to ensure they live healthy, productive lives and are supported to achieve their full potential within all aspects of their lives. Responsibilities

• To provide professional, innovative high quality, care and support to people with learning disabilities to ensure they live healthy, productive lives and are supported to achieve their full potential within all aspects of their lives.
• Support the people who use our services to manage their physical health, mental health and wellbeing through the development and implementation of an individual support plan.
• Display compassion and sensitivity to the people who use our services’ and next of kin needs.
• Under supervision and guidance, deliver care and support which enable the people who use our services to improve or develop social, domestic, personal and community living skills as defined within their personal support and care plan etc.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experience of supporting an individual with household tasks and/or providing emotional support.
• Knowledge and understanding of intellectual disability issues.

Location: Jean Todd Close - Antrim To be willing to work various shifts, which may include days, nights, evenings and weekends.
