THE EMPLOYER IS: CARLEN CONSTRUCTION Carlen Construction is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with general site duties, support tradespeople, and ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the construction site.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Always follow health and safety procedures.
• Support site setup and clean-up before and after shifts.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good time management.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the job as some heavy lifting involved.

The Employer is: CARLEN CONSTRUCTION JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information - Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. - Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. - Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
