Bryson Recycling is now recruiting skilled HGV Class 2 Drivers to lead the way as we bring in our new Driver 2 model. As the driver, you’ll be at the heart of our kerbside recycling service, operating our Class 2 vehicles, guiding your team through daily routes, and ensuring high-quality service across our communities. While this is a primarily driving-focused role, you may be required to occasionally provide loading support when operationally needed. Responsibilities

• Operate our specialist Class 2 vehicles, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient transport of recyclable materials
• Take charge of a Driver plus 2 team, supporting smooth and efficient daily collection routes
• Carry out daily vehicle checks, keep your vehicle clean and presentable, and ensure materials meet our quality expectations
• Carry out occasional loading duties in line with operational needs

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Class C Driving Licence (HGV)
• Valid Driver CPC
