Store Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: COSTCUTTER CATHEDRAL ROAD ARMAGH The successful candidate will support the store by managing stock in the storeroom, ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently and keeping stock organised, safe and ready for the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain storeroom in a clean, tidy well organised condition.
- Receive and check all incoming deliveries against delivery notes.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Rotate stock to prevent damage or expiry.
- Fill out shelves with excess stock.
- Assist with stock control.
- Any reasonable duty required by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Good organisation and time management.
- Strong attention to detail when checking stock.
- Physically able to lift, move and carry stock safely.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in warehousing, stockroom or retail.

The Employer is: COSTCUTTER CATHEDRAL ROAD ARMAGH JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
