Reception / Administrative Assistant
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: J&R ELECTRICAL (NI) T/A ALTERNATIVE ENERGY We are a growing renewable energy installer, providing services throughout Ireland. Our primary services are the supply and installation of Solar PV systems to Domestic, Commercial and Agricultural customers. We are looking for a person who is prepared to work with a professional and motivated team. The successful candidate will report to the Company Directors’ and Office Manager. The role involves providing administrative assistant to the Directors, Office Manager and any other department that requires support.
Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and dealing with initial enquiries.
- Assisting the Directors in their administrative responsibilities.
- Admin support to the Office Manager and general administrative support for the smooth running of the company.
- Logging customer details on to the company CRM.
- Recording sales.
- Any other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- IT experience.
- Be a good team member with strong work ethic.
- Good time management with great attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent social skills and customer awareness.
Desirable Skills
- Office experience.

Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
