THE EMPLOYER IS: WHITENOISE DESIGN LTD The Internal Marketing Assistant will help promote Whitenoise’s creative work through online and social media channels, raising the studio’s profile in Dublin, Belfast, and the US.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content showcasing studio projects and culture.
• Assist in planning and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Support the creation of email newsletters, case studies, and blog posts.
• Monitor analytics and engagement data to refine marketing activity.
• Collaborate with creative teams to capture behind-the-scenes and promotional material.
• Help develop and implement campaigns that enhance brand awareness and reach.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite).

Desirable Skills

• Experience in a creative agency or team.
• Marketing skills or experience.
• Interest in design, branding, and communications.
