THE EMPLOYER IS: AVENGE CROSSFIT The Coach will help deliver safe, engaging, and effective CrossFit sessions while supporting members on their fitness journey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about coaching and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional gym setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching CrossFit classes under supervision of senior coaches.
• Provide guidance on technique, safety, and workout scaling.
• Motivate and support members of all fitness levels.
• Help set up and tidy equipment before and after classes.
• Contribute to gym events, challenges, and community activities.
• Assist with member check-ins, admin tasks, and gym upkeep.
• Represent Avenge CrossFit with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others improve.
• Ability to work well in a team and with diverse individuals.
• Willingness to learn and develop coaching skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in CrossFit, strength training, or group fitness.
• CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate (or interest in obtaining it).
• Experience in coaching, instructing, or leading groups.
• First Aid certification.

The Employer is: AVENGE CROSSFIT JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
