THE EMPLOYER IS: AVENGE CROSSFIT As our Receptionist, you’ll play a key role in keeping the gym running smoothly and ensuring every member and visitor has a positive experience at Avenge Crossfit. Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, providing a professional welcome.
- Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership queries.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
- Manage payments and membership renewals.
- Keep reception and common areas clean and organised.
- Support coaches with administrative tasks and event preparation.
- Assist in promoting classes, competitions, and community events.
- Light cleaning.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Good organisation and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, social media).
- Willingness to learn about CrossFit and gym operations.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in customer service, reception, or administration.
- Interest in health, fitness, or sport.
- Social media or marketing experience.
- Positive, and confident personality.
Further Information
The Employer is: AVENGE CROSSFIT JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
