Junior Coach
Job description
THE EMPLOYER IS: TRIBE DIGITAL LTD. As a junior coach, you will assist our senior coaching team to deliver exceptional group training sessions. This role is perfect for someone who is recently qualified or early in their career but are eager to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Support lead coaches deliver small group PT sessions.
- Set up, demonstrate and coach correct exercise technique safely and effectively.
- Assist with gym maintenance, cleanliness and equipment set-up.
- Participate in on-going staff training.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of basic training principles.
- Must be able to work in a team.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in boxing, MMA or combat sports.
- Confident speaking in a small group.
