Admin Support/Payroll


Job description

Industrial Temps is recruiting a Admin Support/Payroll to support Industrial Temps Payroll Department admin function in the Belfast office ensuring full compliance, excellent customer service and timely delivered services remain priority at all times. This role will continue to evolve and will be reviewed regularly, therefore, the duties outlined below may not be exhaustive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the timely input of timesheets adhering to strict payroll deadlines
  • Assist with dealing and resolving of payroll queries from clients and candidates
  • Inputting change of details for candidates and also new start details using the Payroll and RDB software
  • Dealing with client and candidate queries e.g. sending out duplicate invoices or payslips
  • Training to undergo training from the payroll team on the full payroll function
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
  • General administrative duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment is preferred but not essential
  • Proficient using 365, Microsoft office ie excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
  • Previous experience working with CRM systems is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work as part of a team and indivudually
  • IT proficient using Microsoft excel, Powerpoint, Word & Outlook
