Award Winning Zen Day Spa Newry, best day spa in Northern Ireland, offers day spa packages, wellness, skin care and beauty treatments. Zen Day Spa is located in the heart of Newry with 'Purpose of wellbeing' and 'Client service' at the heart of the business, with a tranquil and luxuriously spa suite that will allow you to be transported to a calm and serene space. Zen Day Spa are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Spa Therapists to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager and therapist team in daily tasks.
• Perform Spa Packages, Holistic treatments.
• Perform a range of body massages and wellness treatments.
• Perform a range of skin and facial treatments.
• Perform a range of beauty treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis (face and body).
• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Provide consultations product recommendations & after care advice.
• Sales & marketing assistance.
• Assist in stocktaking and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• NVQ Beauty Level 2 essential & Level 3 desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service in beauty industry.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Skills

• Previous Spa, Skinor Beauty or similar experience.
• Experience in retail and sales experience.
• Experience in advanced skin treatments.
