Our client, an international engineering company manufacturing car engine parts are seeking a Security Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Signing in visitors
• Patrolling factory area
• Checking doors are locked
• Controlling access
• Documenting security incidents

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Basic numeracy & literacy
• Experience of working as a Security Officer on a large site
• Able to work unsupervised
• Able to work as part of a team
• Able and prepared to work continental nightshift

Desirable Skills

• Experience of using a computer and willing to participate in training, if necessary, to develop IT skills.
• SIA trained
