Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: FORWARD SOUTH PARTNERSHIP To ensure the smooth daily operation of the Forward South Partnership Hub as acting as first point of contact for users and visitors. This role is responsible for managing front of house operations, general administrative support and maintaining an organized and functional reception area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors, service users and staff.
  • Manage the reception and surrounding area including coffee dock ensuring it is clean, organised and presentable.
  • Manage incoming phone calls promptly and PBX Voicemail Notifications, listening and sending to relevant staff members.
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management - booking meeting and rooms in training room / admin calendar for a various of programmes, trainings and ensuring all is set up.
  • Maintaining visitor log and collating data on a monthly basis and to be reported to senior management.
  • Support Forward South Partnership team with administrative and clerical duties including data entry, scanning and printing.
  • Answering any queries to Forward South Partnership Project / Services including Social Supermarket and Roma Support Hub.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel).
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of working with the community & voluntary sector, community organisation, charity or office hub.

The Employer is: FORWARD SOUTH PARTNERSHIP JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
