Data Entry Clerk


Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: OCO GLOBAL LTD As a member of our dynamic delivery team, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of essential data that is key to ongoing projects. You’ll be responsible for capturing and updating client and project information in our secure databases and Excel spreadsheets, consistently verifying entries against source documents, flagging discrepancies, and escalating issues when needed. You will have strong typing skills and keen attention to detail gained from either education or previous work. You’ll process reports, emails, and stakeholder queries in a timely and confidential manner - aligning with our commitment to quality and data security. Ideal candidates are organised, dependable, proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and comfortable working with data portfolios.

Responsibilities

  • Enter & update data into databases and/or spreadsheets.
  • Assist with data cleanup & quality control procedures.
  • Perform routine data analysis tasks as required.
  • Reviewing data and preparing summary reports.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency with the basic Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word).
  • Able to organise, update, and query tables or spreadsheets.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to support larger projects.
  • Typing speed and accuracy, to be able to input large amounts and minimising data errors.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with company specific CRM’s or Database systems.
  • Level 3 Qualification in Business Administration.
  • Other European language spoken.
  • European languages desirable but not essential
