THE EMPLOYER IS: DESSERTCO LTD Dessertco Ltd is a premium dessert bakery and café known for our creative monthly menus, brownies, cookies, and milkshakes. We’re looking for an individual to join our team through the JobStart Scheme. This role combines front-of-house customer service with social media and marketing support. You’ll gain hands-on experience in hospitality while learning how a modern food brand creates and promotes content online. Full training will be provided - no prior experience needed, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a professional way.
• Prepare milkshakes, ice creams, and coffees to a high standard.
• Operate the till (POS) system to take orders and handle payments.
• Keep the counter and seating area clean, tidy, and well-presented.
• Help with product displays and new menu launches.
• Assist in creating photos and videos for social media posts.
• Support with writing captions and sharing content online.
• Work as part of a small team to maintain high standards of service.

• Interested in desserts, social media, or marketing.
• Keen to learn new skills and gain real work experience.

Further Information

The Employer is: DESSERTCO LTD JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment.
