THE EMPLOYER IS: POWERHOUSE PADEL LTD The Team Leader will ensure smooth daily operations at Powerhouse Padel and maintain a clean, welcoming and professional environment for players and guests. Alongside the line manager, this individual will help lead the team and delegate daily tasks. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Front of house customer service.
• Delegate daily duties to team members.
• Oversee bookings on Playtomic booking system and handle payments.
• Organise tournaments and coaching sessions alongside the line manager.
• Assist with coaching sessions.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic IT skills.

Desirable Skills

• Previous experience in hospitality or the leisure sector.
• Keen interest in sports.
