THE EMPLOYER IS: CRESCENT VALLEY ENTERPRISES LTD Position is responsible for assisting the head coach/lead coach with organising the Soccer programme at the assigned school/centre/holiday sessions and events. Position assists with conducting practices, motivating children, and assisting with instructing football techniques.

Responsibilities

• Coaching soccer, primarily to young people.
• Coaching young people multi-sports.
• Engaging in a professional manner with all young people, parents and colleagues.
• Preparing and maintaining equipment.
• Planning and preparing sporting sessions.
• Attending meetings of all coaching and management.
• Ensuring young people have a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Support team working.
• Sense of community.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Satisfactory Enhanced ACCESS NI check before starting.
• Some knowledge of sporting benefits to individuals, families and society.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

• Level 1 IFA Coaching badge.
• Good administrative skills.
• Knowledge of Google systems.
• Interest in web design and social media as a tool for engagement.

The Employer is: CRESCENT VALLEY ENTERPRISES LTD JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information. Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
