THE EMPLOYER IS: WRAP AND ROLL This role will include the day to day running of a sandwich bar, working as part of a team, serving customers and prepping for the day. Counter staff will serve customers, make up orders, handle cash, answer telephone calls and provide customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders accurately.
• Serve customers.
• Handle cash and process payments.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with enquiries.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with food preparation as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shop.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill development.
• Opening and closing duties.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Good communication skills.
• Basic level or literacy and numeracy.
• Good level of basic hygiene.

Desirable Skills

• Barista experience desired but not essential.
• Previous employment in a café/sandwich bar desired but not essential.
