Job description

Casual Cleaning Operative, To clean designated areas ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and presentation is achieved.

Responsibilities

• Covering absences Cleaning duties.
• To ensure that any client queries are dealt with effectively and quickly ensuring client satisfaction.
• To ensure that all deadlines for completion of work are met.
• To ensure lost property is recorded accurately and promptly.
• To ensure that all equipment is stored correctly and is in good working order.
• To assist with department stock takes.
• To replenish soap and towels.
• To dispose of refuse in a safe manner as necessary and at the end of each shift.
• To carry out special cleaning when required.
• To maintain a safe working environment when working.
• To maintain a clean and tidy working environment.
• To correctly use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• To report any equipment defects promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Cleaning experience is desirable, however full training will be given to the right person.
• Appropriate security clearance will be provided.
