Employer Liaison Officer
Job description
The College is seeking applications for a part-time Employer Liaison Officer working 27 hours per week at our Limavady campus until May 2029. The postholder will provide practical support to employers to encourage and sustain their engagement. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.
Responsibilities
- Develop good relationships with industry and build knowledge of local employment opportunities
- Raise awareness and profile of work based learning programmes including youth training, Foundation Degrees and Apprenticeship provision
- Assist with the development of effective marketing strategies to engage employers, participants and other key stakeholders in the work-based learning provision
- Sourcing work placements for a range of College programmes which require work-based learning
- Provide a matching service between employers and participants
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Have at least a Level 4 qualification in any discipline
- Have at least 2 years relevant employment experience
- Have a current driving licence and access to a car - Applicants with a disability who have been prevented from obtaining a driving licence due to their disability (as defined by the DDA 1995) are eligible to apply

Location: Limavady Campus. Salary: £26,824 - £31,537 per annum pro rata. The College welcomes applications from applicants with a disability.
