THE EMPLOYER IS: IT HUB ARMAGH NI LTD We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business leads, increasing brand awareness, and building a strong social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to market B2B services, particularly within the IT or technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Digital Marketing - Plan and execute online campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions.
- Digital Marketing - Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Digital Marketing - Optimise landing pages and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates.
- Social Media Management - Manage and grow IT Hub’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Social Media Management - Create engaging content including posts, graphics, short videos, and promotions.
- Social Media Management - Develop a social media content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Social Media Management - Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build online relationships.
- Social Media Management - Stay up to date with social media trends relevant to B2B and IT services.
- Content Creation - Create and manage content such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website updates.
- Content Creation - Work with the team to promote IT services, solutions, and success stories.
- Content Creation - Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Content Creation - Assist with website content updates and SEO optimisation.
- Content Creation - Improve website visibility through SEO best practices (on-page and off-page).
- Content Creation - Conduct keyword research and optimise content accordingly.
- Content Creation - Monitor website traffic using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Email Marketing & CRM - Design and manage email marketing campaigns for prospects and existing clients.
- Email Marketing & CRM - Build and segment email lists to improve engagement.
- Email Marketing & CRM - Support CRM activity related to marketing and sales follow-ups.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Confident with Microsoft suite of applications.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work on own initiative and manage workload independently.
