Job description

THE EMPLOYER IS: EVERUN The Office Co-ordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing excellent support across the business. Acting as the first point of contact for customers, the role involves managing phone, email and website enquiries, coordinating office supplies, and supporting staff and management with travel bookings and events. The Office Co-ordinator also assists with onboarding new employees, supports HR, Health & Safety and IMS teams provides general administrative support to multiple departments as required. Due to the nature of this role, it is required to be fully office based.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all new and existing customers via phone, email and website contacts.
  • Maintain stock of key office supplies including stationery, tea and coffee supplies.
  • Booking transport and accommodation for staff and management.
  • Organising staff social events e.g. Christmas party.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new staff.
  • Supporting HR & IMS teams with planning and booking of training courses.
  • Assisting with meeting preparation and note taking as required.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time mannagement skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, but also independently.
