Job description

To work under the guidance of the management team carrying out a wide range of farming tasks, whilst also maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards. This is a temporary seasonal position with the possibility of extension to permanent. Full training, staff facilities, canteen and PPE are provided.

Responsibilities

• To complete various planting, harvesting and packing within the field or packhouse. Relevant training will be provided.
• To be able to work with efficiency, with speed and dexterity as part of a multicultural team.
• To be able to competently follow relevant work instructions within the job role.
• Harvesting, cutting, or picking produce to the highest standards and within our customers requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Timekeeping skills.
