HR Team Lead (MAH Investigation) Band 5
Job description
This post involves undertaking the Admin Team Leader role within the MAH investigation support team. Post holder will take primary responsibility for supervision and on-going training of administrative staff working within the team. They will ensure the team is providing an efficient and effective administrative function. The post holder will also support the team in the provision of providing high quality information to a range of stakeholders. He/she will support the team in the provision of advice to staff and management as necessary and manage the flow of information and associated information systems with the extraction, analysis, interpretation and presentation of data. Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the admin staff within the team, with the delegation and oversight of work
- Management of information, devising and maintaining systems and compiling reports
- To co-ordinate and ensure efficient admin support is available to support the external investigators
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- A university degree or relevant professional qualification at graduate or diploma level, and worked for at least 1 years in an Admin Management role
- Or Relevant HNC/HND or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in an Admin Management role
- Or Have worked in an Admin Management role for at least 4 years, to include 1 years’ experience in managing/supervising staff
- Advanced level experience in the use of Microsoft Excel with demonstrable experience in the use of data collation, analysis and reporting e.g Pivots, v-lookup, formulas
- One years’ experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Taking formal minutes
Desirable Skills
- Two years’ experience managing staff
- Experience of working within a Human Resources/Adult Safeguarding role
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation
Further Information
Location: McKinney House. The Investigation Support Team’s function is to support the ongoing management of the large scale investigation into the historical CCTV review at Muckamore Abbey Hospital (MAH). The team is based within the Human Resources Department. However works alongside the dedicated MAH Adult Safeguarding Team and Senior Nurse Advisors.
