We’re recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Bloomfield team, in Bangor. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the store driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example. This is a hands-on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance in stock, safety, and processes.
• Bring energy and passion for retail, with ambition to grow into a Store Manager role.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Experienced retail manager in fast-paced, high-turnover environments
• Skilled in leading and developing large teams, driving KPIs, and adapting to varied shifts.

Desirable Skills

• FMCG or big-box retail experience preferred but not essential.
